Naj Saidalavi comes from operations and project delivery — large-scale, high-stakes, across industries and geographies. His background is understanding how businesses actually work, and making sure technology serves that — not the other way around.
Baxter Sentinel exists because both of us kept seeing the same thing — Victorian businesses paying for IT support that wasn't doing enough. Not because the people were bad, but because the approach was reactive, the coverage was thin, and nobody was asking the hard questions.
